1. Shipping Locations
We ship from our online store, with shipping options tailored for local customers. Delivery costs and times will vary based on location and selected shipping option.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. For Malaysia, we offer:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days for West Malaysia, 5–8 business days for East Malaysia.
- Free Shipping: For purchase over RM500 (Malaysian Ringgit)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by holidays or unforeseen delays.
3. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your Breaking System purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, custom-made pieces, and any item marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at [breakingsystem.inquiry@gmail.com] to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship Back: After confirmation from our team, send the item back to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 7–10 business days to appear in your account. Refunds are only applicable if the item is unavailable. For all other cases, products cannot be refunded but may be exchanged
3. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for defective or incorrect item sent only. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a exchange of the correct item.
P.S. We do not offer exchanges if item is bought with the wrong size.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately at [breakingsystem.inquiry@gmail.com]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
